"1C", "Parus", "Galactica", "Bitrix24" will be under sanctions until 2033

By decree of the President of Ukraine dated 04/15/2023 No. 227/2023 the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine from April 15, 2023 "On the application and introduction of changes to personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)".

Thus, sanctions were introduced against a number of Russian IT companies that develop, popularize and distribute software for business automation, in particular: "1C", "Parus", "Galaxy", "Bitrix24" and other. Russian integrator companies also received sanctions: Corus Consulting, Borlas, Sitronics I-Techo, Softline Trade Lanit and many others.

Sanctions include blocking access to the company's web resources and services, blocking of assets, complete suspension of trade operations, ban on the transfer of technologies, rights to intellectual property objects, etc.

Regarding the software product 1C, then LLC "1C" (Moscow) was included in Appendix 2 of the relevant Decree. Among the types of restrictive measures against this company and the software it develops - prohibition of state procurement of goods, services, works and use of the following software products by state enterprises, institutions and organizations of Ukraine:

– "1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine", "1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine Basic", "1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine. Educational version", "1C: Enterprise 8. Trade for private entrepreneurs of Ukraine", "1C: Enterprise 8. Comprehensive accounting for budgetary institutions of Ukraine", "1C: Enterprise 8. Comprehensive accounting for budgetary institutions of Ukraine Basic", "1C: Enterprise 8. Trade Management for Ukraine", "1C: Enterprise 8. Small Firm Management for Ukraine", "1C: Enterprise 8. Salary and Personnel Management for Ukraine", "1C: Enterprise 8. Salary and Personnel Management for Ukraine Basic", "1C: Enterprise 8. Management of a trading enterprise for Ukraine" ("1C: Management of a trading enterprise 8, 1C: UTP8"), "1C: Enterprise 8. Accounting for budget institutions of Ukraine" ("1C accounting 8 for budget institutions"), "1C: Enterprise 8.
