IT Ukraine Association in partnership with a German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH announce the opening of an additional open call within the pilot program "Vouchers for the digital transformation of MSMEs"«. The initiative is designed to support the digital transformation of Ukrainian small businesses by providing non-refundable financial assistance for the transition from dangerous Russian 1C/BAS software to modern ERP systems.
In 2025, more than 6 thousand cyber incidents were recorded in Ukraine, which is almost a third more than in the previous year. One of the key threats remains the use of Russian software by domestic companies, in particular 1C and BAS. For micro and small enterprises in Ukraine, which are aware of the threat of further use of hostile software and wish to work in a modern, most widespread ERP system in the world Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, participation in the program «"Vouchers for MSME digital transformation"» is a great opportunity to receive financial assistance for the project of transition from Russian accounting systems to those developed by Innoware specialists package solutions "IW Finance+", "IW Trade" and "IW HR&Payroll"«.
Package solutions «"IW Finance+"», "IW Trade" and «"IW HR&Payroll"», developed on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specifically for small and medium-sized businesses – these are ready-made pre-configured solutions that you can start using immediately after installation. Package solutions are fully adapted to the needs of domestic small businesses and allow you to conduct business in accordance with the tax and accounting standards of Ukraine.
All presented packages combine standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system functionality and a localization solution from Innoware, which allows companies to operate in accordance with Ukrainian tax and accounting regulations.
Selected participants will receive vouchers for the implementation of new software for an estimated amount of up to 121,000 UAH (including all taxes and fees).
The voucher covers:
- cost of Ukrainian localization licenses from Innoware;
- consulting services for initial setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- video tutorials to train users on how to work with the new solution.
Participants in the program can be micro and small enterprises that are officially registered in Ukraine as legal entities or individual entrepreneurs of the third group, have been operating for at least two years and operate in industries with high export potential and added value:
- food industry (processing and production);
- woodworking and furniture production (deep processing);
- light industry (textiles, clothing, footwear);
- electronics and instrumentation;
- IT companies (developers of their own products or exporters of services).
An additional condition for participation is the absence of sanction risks and tax arrears. For the successful implementation of the ERP system, the company must also form a responsible internal team, have the necessary technical infrastructure, and be ready to co-finance further software support after the voucher expires.
When evaluating applications, companies' compliance with social responsibility criteria will also be taken into account, including:
