Personnel accounting and payroll without 1C: British American Tobacco Ukraine shared with the participants of the СFO Forum the experience of switching from Russian software to the modern IW HR&Payroll solution

Report «The »first swallows” of digital deoccupation: personnel accounting and payroll without 1C was aimed at CFO Forum participants who are planning a project to migrate from Russian software to Microsoft solutions. The speakers shared the criteria for choosing a solution for automation of personnel accounting, timesheets, payroll calculation and reporting in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, implementation partner, as well as the key challenges of data migration and ensuring business continuity.

The speakers focused on the key stages of the project and the challenges that arise during the transition from 1C to IW HR&Payroll: from team formation and business process analysis to testing, data preparation, and system launch into industrial operation.
