Implementation approach
Implementation IW HR&Payroll в SOS Children's Villages Georgia began with a thorough study by specialists Innoware current processes of payroll calculation, personnel accounting, working time accounting and company reporting.
Next, design documents were prepared describing how the customer's relevant processes are currently implemented and how they should be implemented in the solution. IW HR&Payroll.

- automation of payroll for service providers and employees (including tutors) with complex insurance and taxation rules;
- setting up correct tax calculation in accordance with Georgian legislation with minimal modifications;
- implementation of key regulated reports in accordance with the requirements of Georgian legislation;
- implementation of the calculation of the 13th salary in accordance with the company's internal policies;
- setting up automatic calculation of insurance premiums (Private Pension Insurance, Health Insurance);
- flexible analytics settings (project, service type, business unit and other parameters);
- implementation of three-level access control to sensitive data in the system, namely:
– full access to salary calculation, creation of financial transactions and regulated reporting;
– access only to the calculation of service providers;
– access only to calculating the salary of employees, in particular tutors.
- a role center interface has been developed that speeds up work and minimizes the risk of errors;
- increased level of transparency in the process of calculating and accounting for wages.
As a result of the implementation With the IW HR&Payroll solution, SOS Children's Villages Georgia received not only fully customized business processes that meet the company's daily operational requirements, but also full package of project documentation – from the design stage to system launch, including detailed instructions that ensure easy training for new users and allow them to independently develop the solution in the future.
The duration of the active phase of the project was 6 months.
Today in the system IW HR&Payroll works 11 users, salary calculation is carried out for over 500 employees and service providers.
Now, Innoware continues to cooperate with SOS Children's Villages Georgia and provides active support services for the implemented solution IW HR&Payroll.
