30% discount on licenses for companies migrating from on-premises versions of Dynamics 365 products to cloud-based versions

Microsoft is offering a 30% discount on cloud licenses companies using local (on-premises) solutions Dynamics 365 subject to migration to the cloud between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027. The discount will be valid for three years from the date of purchase of licenses.

In addition to all the benefits of the cloud – reliability, data security, scalability, flexibility and access to modern artificial intelligence capabilities – thanks to the promotional offer Bridge to the Cloud 3 Microsoft is taking another step in creating favorable financial conditions for cloud migration for those companies that still rely on on-premises solutions.

Licensing requirements:

• the total cost of cloud licenses for 12 months must be no less than the annual cost of existing on-premises licenses and be maintained throughout the subscription term;
• after the three-year subscription term ends, regular license prices will apply, with the option to choose a monthly, annual, or three-year billing model;
• The promotion is available in regions where eligible Dynamics 365 cloud solutions can be purchased through the CSP channel for a three-year term.

The discount applies to companies that:

• have not yet migrated to cloud solutions and whose perpetual on-premises licenses were purchased before September 1, 2024;
• have not participated in previous Bridge to the Cloud 1 or Bridge to the Cloud 2 promotions;
• registered by a Microsoft partner to participate in the discount from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 through the CSP channel.

Organizations can use their current on-premises version of the solution alongside cloud licenses. This allows businesses to continue operating their on-premises system while migrating to the cloud and retain full functionality. In addition, Microsoft is offering a 50% discount on additional perpetual on-premises licenses through the end of 2027, helping to support companies that need a temporary boost in capacity during the migration.

When migrating from on-premises solutions Dynamics 365, discount 30% will apply to cloud licenses of the following products:

• Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Dynamics 365 Finance
• Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
• Dynamics 365 Human Resources
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Dynamics 365 Field Service

Special bonus for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users

For companies that are migrating from Dynamics NAV or Dynamics GP concurrent user licenses to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud licenses, Microsoft is providing additional free users for up to 2 years during the promotional offer. The number of free users depends on the annual cost of the licenses purchased: the higher the annual cost, the more free users are available.
