System settings
We perform system setup, that is, we use configuration forms and parameter definitions of standard functions to ensure that the system is ready for use. We configure the infrastructure with the creation of users and provision of access rights.
Your existing business data[1]
When you migrate your existing data to Business Central, you provide us with data to download using prepared Excel forms in which you need to enter your existing data according to the given structure and examples. If the amount of data is not very large, you can also manually enter it directly into the system, bypassing Excel.
Teaching
User training is extremely important for future work. At your service is the Portal with user instructions and video materials, as well as consultations of our specialists1.
Users will familiarize themselves with the new solution according to previously prepared instructions. After self-study, users will be ready to work in the new system. If additional training is needed, it can always be obtained from us.
Testing
We test the system according to the requirements of your business. It is important that you thoroughly test each business process. We need to receive confirmation from you regarding the achievement of the expected results. At this step, specific requirements can be identified and defined, which can be implemented in the system later - as part of a support agreement or as a separate project.
Support at the beginning of work in the system
Support when your users start logging into the new system. Our team will be at your disposal and support you in this first phase. After the initial period, you work independently with constant access to the portal, where all instructions will be available to you.
Maintenance services
After completing the system settings within the selected package, we offer you system maintenance services. The support agreement does not contain mandatory payments, only work according to your requests, and is highly recommended, because the functionality of the product is very wide. Our consultants will always be available for your questions, additional settings and implementation of specific requirements or technical assistance.
