Package solutions «"IW Finance+"», "IW Trade" and «"IW HR&Payroll"», developed on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specifically for small and medium-sized businesses – these are ready-made pre-configured solutions that you can start using immediately after installation. Package solutions are fully adapted to the needs of domestic small businesses and allow you to conduct business in accordance with the tax and accounting standards of Ukraine.

The purpose of the program "ERP Vouchers for MSMEs"« is to accelerate the digital transformation of domestic business by replacing hostile software with modern solutions that guarantee increased competitiveness and reliability of IT infrastructure in the face of ever-growing cyber threats from the aggressor state.

The initiative is implemented within the framework of international cooperation programs Digital Transformation of SMEs in Eastern Partnership Countries and STEP IN 2 EU, co-financed by the governments of Germany, Norway and the European Union within the EU4Business initiative, and implemented by the German Federal Company GIZ. The implementing partner of the program is IT Ukraine Association.

Companies that can become participants in the program are:

• registered in Ukraine as legal entities or individual entrepreneurs of the third group;
• belong to micro-enterprises (up to 10 employees and annual revenue of up to 2 million euros) or small enterprises (up to 50 employees and annual revenue of up to 10 million euros);
• are not under sanctions and have no ties to the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus;
• are not bankrupt and have no tax arrears;
• are ready to provide further support for the software after the voucher expires;
• have been operating for more than two years.

The program is aimed at Ukrainian small businesses operating in sectors with high added value and export potential. In particular, these are enterprises in the food industry, woodworking and furniture production, light industry (textiles, clothing, footwear), electronics and instrument-making, as well as IT companies that create their own digital products or provide services for export.

The voucher can cover the following services:

• payment for licenses or subscriptions for software presented on Marketplace of digital solutions for business (for a period of up to 6-12 months): «"IW Finance+"», "IW Trade" and «"IW HR&Payroll"»;
• setup and implementation;
• data migration from previous systems;
• training users to work with the implemented solution.
